New Delhi, June 25, 2026: Consumer technology brand Nothing has announced that it will launch the Nothing Phone 4b in India on July 7, marking the debut of its new ‘b’ smartphone series aimed at expanding the company’s presence in the mid-range market.
The London-based company said the Phone 4b will serve as the entry point into the broader Nothing ecosystem, offering the brand’s design-led smartphone experience to a wider base of users. The new ‘b’ series is positioned as a fresh product line intended to sit below the company’s flagship offerings while helping it tap into a new segment of buyers.
According to the company, the ‘b’ series has been designed to deliver the core Nothing experience to a new generation of users. It is expected to build on the popularity of the company’s existing smartphone lineup while establishing a clearer product hierarchy as its portfolio expands.
The upcoming Nothing Phone 4b is expected to target the sub-₹25,000 price segment in India, a highly competitive space dominated by value-focused smartphones offering strong specifications and design appeal.
While the company has not officially revealed the full specifications of the device, the Phone 4b is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup, led by a 50MP main sensor, along with a 12MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone is also likely to be powered by a MediaTek chipset and could be offered with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery, though reports suggest the charger may not be included in the box.
On the display front, the Phone 4b is expected to come with a 6.7-inch LCD screen featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, a combination aimed at offering smoother visuals and a more responsive user experience.
With the launch of the new ‘b’ series, Nothing appears to be broadening its smartphone strategy in India by targeting buyers looking for the brand’s signature design and software experience at a more accessible price point. The upcoming launch will be closely watched as the company looks to strengthen its foothold in one of the world’s most competitive smartphone markets.
