Dholpur, May 13: Manjari Foundation celebrated its 11th Foundation Day on May 13, 2025, with an inspiring event themed “A Decade of Serving: Journey So Far and Way Ahead for Dignity and Development.” The event highlighted the Foundation’s impactful 10-year journey dedicated to women empowerment, sustainable rural development, financial inclusion, and community transformation.

The program began at 11:00 AM with a welcome address by Sanjay Sharma, Executive Director of Manjari Foundation, who shared the organization’s inspiring journey and milestones. A short film showcasing Manjari’s work offered attendees a glimpse into its field-level interventions and grassroots impact.

The Chief Guest, Prem Chand Bairwa, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, delivered the keynote addressemphasizing the importance of “Viksit Bharat”—a vision of self-reliant and economically vibrant rural communities as a foundation for a developed India.

The event also featured an esteemed panel of experts and partners who shared insights across diverse themes:

• Apurva Rathod, Chief Sustainability Officer, CSR Head at L&T Finance, spoke on the role of nonprofits in driving scalability and innovation through CSR initiatives.

• Madhu Khetan, Integrator at Pradan, highlighted the importance of strategic investments in women-led institutions.

• K.M. Sharma, AGM of Uttarakhand Gramin Bank, addressed financial inclusion as a tool for women’s empowerment and enterprise development.

• Padhmanaban V, Associate Professor at Goa Institute of Management (GIM), emphasized the value of partnerships between academic institutions and nonprofits to build mutually beneficial learning ecosystems.

Two key initiatives were launched during the ceremony:

• Sarvodaya Fellowship, presented by Prof. Sanjeev Kumar, Board Member of Manjari Foundation and Director at the International Institute of Goat Management.

• Jhuli Website, a digital empowerment platform, launched by Mr. Yatesh Yadav, Executive Director of Ibtada and BOD Member of Manjari Foundation.

The event concluded with a summary and vote of thanks delivered by Naresh Nain from Manjari Foundation, acknowledging all stakeholders and partners who contributed to the Foundation’s decade-long journey of impact.
