Government Polytechnic, Vaishali has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mahindra Pride Classroom, Nandi Foundation to strengthen students’ employability and prepare them for the changing requirements of the industry.
The partnership aims to complement students’ technical education with essential soft skills, communication abilities, personality development, interview preparation and career guidance, helping them transition more effectively from education to employment.
Focus on Industry-Ready Skills
Under the partnership, students of Government Polytechnic, Vaishali will receive structured training designed to improve both their professional and interpersonal capabilities.

MoU Signed by Institute and Nandi Foundation Officials
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Kumar Sandeep Jyoti, Bihar Training Coordinator, and Mrityunjay Kumar, East Zone Regional Manager, representing Mahindra Pride Classroom, Nandi Foundation.
From Government Polytechnic, Vaishali, the agreement was signed in the presence of Principal Saqib Raza and Training and Placement Officer Jitesh Kumar.
The partnership brings together the institute’s technical education ecosystem and Nandi Foundation’s employability-focused training programmes.
Technical Education Plus Soft Skills
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Saqib Raza said that technical degrees and certificates alone are increasingly insufficient for securing employment.
According to him, students also need the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate confidence, maintain professional behaviour and adapt to workplace environments.
He said the collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom would support the overall personality development of students and improve their prospects of securing suitable employment after completing their education.
