The company also received a Highly Commended distinction in the Best Large Organization for Business Culture category, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to fostering a values-driven corporate culture and impactful social responsibility initiatives.
This recognition marks the fifth consecutive year UST has been honored by the BCA, showcasing its sustained excellence in nurturing a business culture rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and purpose. Previous accolades include the Best CSR/Corporate Sustainability Initiative and Best Global Organization for Business Culture in 2023, Best Large Organization – Business Culture in 2022, and the Business Culture Team Award in 2021.
UST’s achievements are underpinned by its employees’ extraordinary dedication, contributing over 25,000 hours to CSR initiatives under the mission, “Transforming Lives.” The company was also a finalist in several other categories, including the Business Culture Builder Award and Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative.
