Bangalore, Dec 5 : Truecaller, the global leader in communication solutions, has appointed Gaurav Loomba as the Senior Director of Public Affairs for India, reinforcing its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and stakeholder engagement in its largest market.

With a rich career spanning over two decades in financial services and digital payments, Gaurav brings expertise in driving regulatory reforms, forging government and industry relationships, and managing CSR and ESG initiatives. Prior to joining Truecaller, he held leadership roles at Paytm, the National Payments Corporation of India, and ICICI Bank, where he played a pivotal role in advancing public policy and community-focused projects.

In his new role, Gaurav will lead Truecaller’s public affairs strategy, aligning it with the company’s broader CSR goals to foster meaningful partnerships and drive sustainable growth in India.
