Varanasi, March 20 : In a generous act of community service, the M S Ramaiah Foundation (MSRF), founded by Dr. M.R. Pattabhiram and Anitha Pattabhiram, has donated an advanced ICU on Wheels to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. This donation further reinforces the foundation’s commitment to enhancing emergency healthcare services. The mobile ICU was formally handed over to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, during a special ceremony held on March 12, 2025.
The ICU on Wheels is equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities, providing critical care support for devotees, pilgrims, and residents in need. With thousands visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple daily, this initiative will significantly improve the accessibility of emergency medical services, potentially saving numerous lives. This donation follows the MSRF’s previous contribution of an ambulance to Ayodhya, emphasizing the foundation’s ongoing efforts to enhance emergency healthcare accessibility throughout India.
“Through the ICU on Wheels, we aim to serve humanity,” said Dr. M. R. Pattabhiram. “At MSRF, we not only prioritize academic excellence but also focus on making meaningful contributions to society. This is our way of giving back.”
With a strong legacy centered on education, ethical values, and social responsibility, the M S Ramaiah Foundation continues to lead in progressive initiatives that positively impact lives and strengthen communities.
