New Delhi, Jan 28 : Elvish Yadav, winner of Bigg Boss OTT2, has landed in legal trouble after the Ghaziabad Police registered a case against him for allegedly threatening members of Maneka Gandhi’s People for Animals (PFA) NGO. The case was filed at the Nandgram police station on the directions of a court. His friend and Bigg Boss OTT3 contestant, Lovekesh Kataria, has also been named in the complaint.

The complainants, PFA members Saurabh Gupta and Gaurav Gupta, alleged that Yadav issued threats against them via social media. Dissatisfied with the lack of action from the police after their initial complaint, they approached the court, which directed the police to take necessary steps, including filing an FIR.

The Gupta brothers further claimed that in May 2024, Yadav, accompanied by a group of men, forcefully entered their residential society in Noida for reconnaissance. This prompted PFA to file a complaint, leading to Yadav’s arrest at the time. Following his release on bail, the YouTuber allegedly continued to issue threats on social media.

This case ties into an earlier controversy involving Yadav, dating back to November 3, 2023, when he and five others were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, and Section 120B of the IPC for criminal conspiracy. The case involved the illegal possession of nine snakes and a vial of venom, which led to Yadav’s arrest on March 17, 2024. He was later granted bail after five days in custody.
