Bengaluru, Jan 21 : Over the past six months, approximately 10,000 children from underserved communities across nine locations in India showcased their remarkable leadership skills during city qualifiers and regional finals. From this inspiring cohort, 800 regional winners are now set to travel to Bengaluru for the much-anticipated ELevate 2025 National Finals, many embarking on their first journey outside their hometowns.
This flagship event by Enabling Leadership will take place at the New Horizon College of Engineering, Bengaluru, on February 8 and 9, 2025. ELevate 2025 celebrates resilience, creativity, and excellence, marking the culmination of an incredible journey that has empowered young leaders with the skills and confidence to overcome challenges and break the cycle of poverty.
A Celebration of Talent and Determination
The regional events, held from August 2024 to January 2025, offered a platform for around 10,000 children to transform adversity into achievement. Through Enabling Leadership’s innovative programs—EL Play (football), EL Create (music), and EL Build (Lego)—these children inspired audiences with their talent and determination. From mixed-gender football leagues and Lego showcases to music concerts, they demonstrated that potential can thrive when fueled by opportunity and vision.
Spanning 30+ events across cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad, as well as rural areas like Dharwad, Satana, Pollachi, and Kumta, these qualifiers have set the stage for a grand finale that promises to celebrate the indomitable spirit of 800 finalists.
Fostering Collaboration and Mutual Learning
The National Finals will also bring together students from prominent international schools to participate in exhibition matches, panel discussions, performances, and showcases alongside participants from underserved communities. This collaboration fosters mutual learning, breaking down barriers and encouraging inclusivity.
