New Delhi, Feb 13 : SBI Foundation, the CSR arm of the State Bank of India Group, is now accepting applications for the 13th Batch of its flagship initiative, the SBI Youth for India Fellowship. This 13-month program is designed for graduates and young professionals aged 21-32 who are passionate about sustainable development and eager to collaborate with rural communities across India.
The Fellowship offers participants the chance to work with 13 partner NGOs on transformative projects in 12 key thematic areas, including Health, Rural Livelihood, Food Security, Environmental Protection, Education, Water, Technology, Women’s Empowerment, Self-Governance, Social Entrepreneurship, Traditional Crafts, and Alternate Energy.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be Indian citizens, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), or citizens of Bhutan or Nepal who are committed to advancing sustainable development goals in rural areas.
Impact and Vision:
Over the past 12 years, the program has empowered 640 Fellows to make a significant impact on community development, positively influencing over 1,50,000 lives in more than 250 villages across 20 States in India.
