New Delhi, March 4 : A delegation of alumni, eminent personalities, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) contributors met President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan today, March 3, 2025, during the Visitors’ Conference.
Welcoming the attendees, the President expressed her delight in meeting successful and philanthropic individuals. She emphasized that a nation’s true strength lies in its people and expressed joy that Indians, both in India and abroad, remain deeply connected to their roots.
President Murmu stressed that excellence, social inclusion, and compassion should be fundamental to the education system. She lauded the group for their accomplishments, recognizing their success as truly impactful because it contributes to societal progress. She also acknowledged their continued support for their alma maters, reinforcing the core values of gratitude and service.
Encouraging them to be inspirational figures for the youth, she noted that when successful individuals practice generosity, they set an example that motivates young people to follow in their footsteps.
