Rajasthan (Surajgarh), Jan 30: The Kajra Primary Health Center (PHC) in the Panchayat Samiti region has received ₹1 crore in CSR funding after earning certification under the National Quality Assurance Program. To celebrate this achievement, a felicitation ceremony was organized on Wednesday by Sarpanch Manju Tanwar.
Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr. Chhotelal Gurjar shared that the funding includes ₹5 lakh from the Bhamashah Kajaria family, ₹20 lakh from BrahMos, and ₹80 lakh from Power Grid. These contributions have been utilized to equip the PHC with vital medical tools such as hydraulic beds, deep freezers, CBC machines, and radiant warmers.
The PHC’s selection for the certification was attributed to the outstanding efforts of in-charge Dr. Ankit Khedar, who, along with his dedicated team, was honored at the event. The ceremony was graced by CMHO Dr. Shailesh Kumar, BCMO Dr. Sumer Singh Meena, and several local dignitaries.
