Mumbai, Feb 10 : Arcil, a leading asset reconstruction company in India, has reaffirmed its dedication to social impact with the launch of a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in collaboration with FUEL (Friends Union for Energizing Lives). This initiative is designed to empower underserved youth by enhancing access to advanced educational resources and skill-building opportunities.

As part of this initiative, Arcil has contributed to the establishment of a state-of-the-art computer lab at the FUEL Business School. This facility will provide hands-on training in high-demand fields such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital marketing, addressing the widening gap between academic learning and industry requirements. Over the next five years, the program aims to equip more than 1,000 young individuals with future-ready skills, significantly boosting their employability. Additionally, a strong emphasis has been placed on women’s empowerment, with at least 45% of participants being young women from underserved communities.

Pallav Mohapatra, MD and CEO of Arcil, highlighted the company’s commitment to driving positive change, stating, “*Investing in education and skill development is a crucial step towards building a self-reliant and empowered future. Through this partnership with FUEL, we aim to create meaningful opportunities for underserved communities and foster a culture of innovation and growth. This initiative is a testament to Arcil’s ongoing mission to empower the next generation with the tools they need to thrive in an evolving job market.”

FUEL has been a frontrunner in implementing educational and skill development programs, impacting over 1.2 million underserved students across India. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in its mission to bridge the skill gap.

Ketan Deshpande, Founder-Chairman of FUEL, expressed his gratitude, saying, “We deeply appreciate Arcil’s support in empowering underserved youth. This collaboration strengthens our commitment to providing cutting-edge education and skill development. We also look forward to extending this partnership to our upcoming Skill Tech University, which will further transform the lives of marginalized youth through industry-relevant training.”
