Digital-Pathshala

Surat : ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) has launched an AI-enabled digital classroom at the government primary school in Kawas village, under its CSR initiative, “Digital Pathshala.” The project is aimed at improving rural education by integrating modern technology to make learning more interactive and accessible for students in underprivileged areas. The initiative reflects AM/NS India’s commitment to bridging the educational gap in rural regions through the power of digital tools.

The launch event was attended by several key figures, including Truptiben Patel, President of the Taluka Panchayat, Choryasi, and Dr. Anil Matoo, Head of Corporate Affairs, Hazira, AM/NS India. Local leaders, school staff, students, and parents also participated, showcasing strong community support for the initiative.

The AI-enabled classroom is designed to provide students with advanced learning methods using modern devices and AI-powered tools. This will create a more engaging and interactive educational experience, better preparing students for the demands of a technology-driven future. The classroom aims to inspire innovative learning and equip students with digital skills needed for future employment opportunities.

During the inauguration, a live demonstration of the digital classroom was held, allowing students and dignitaries to experience its interactive capabilities. Community leaders lauded the initiative, recognizing its potential to significantly enhance the quality of education in rural areas, benefiting both students and the broader community.

As part of the broader “Digital Pathshala” project, AM/NS India has already equipped 23 government primary schools in Surat with AI-enabled digital classrooms. This ongoing initiative emphasizes the company’s dedication to uplifting local communities through technology-driven education, ensuring that rural students have access to modern learning resources.
