These awards recognize the remarkable achievements of individuals with disabilities throughout India, celebrating their resilience in overcoming challenges and excelling in their fields. Since their inception in 2003, the awards have honored 95 extraordinary individuals who have defied the odds to pursue their aspirations and contribute significantly to society.
The CavinKare Ability Awards are divided into two categories: the CavinKare Ability Award for Eminence and the CavinKare Ability Mastery Awards. Nominations for deserving candidates will be accepted until Friday, November 8, 2024. Eligible nominees must be Indian nationals with disabilities as defined by the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and must have demonstrated exceptional achievements in their respective areas. The rigorous nomination process includes short-listing, interviews, site visits, and final selection by a distinguished jury. Winners will receive a cash prize, a trophy, and a citation in recognition of their inspiring accomplishments.
