Launched on March 25, 2025, across Delhi NCR, the campaign has already garnered remarkable community support and achieved an impressive collection of over 1,829 kilograms of electronic waste.

Spanning across 130+ locations, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Greater Noida, the campaign has engaged citizens from all walks of life. With the deployment of seven mobile e-waste collection vans, Casio has brought responsible recycling directly to people’s neighborhoods, reinforcing a culture of sustainability.

The campaign’s success stems from a blend of grassroots engagement and wide-reaching awareness drives. Casio India, alongside its partners, has executed focused outreach efforts at:

• 10+ corporate offices and commercial hubs

• 20+ residential colonies and housing societies

• 31+ market areas and public spaces

These efforts include educational sessions, doorstep collection drives, and face-to-face community interaction to deepen public understanding of the environmental impact of e-waste and the importance of recycling.

Casio India’s initiative aligns with the Government of India’s E-Waste Management Rules (2016, amended) and the LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment) mission, showcasing the brand’s commitment to sustainability across the product lifecycle.

To implement the campaign, Casio has partnered with SHEOWS, a socially driven NGO, and Allied Waste Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (AWS), a leading waste management organization. AWS operates the mobile vans, ensures proper collection and routing of e-waste to authorized recyclers, and helps bring informal sector collectors into the formal recycling framework through training and collaboration.

Under AWS’s “Small Act, Big Impact” philosophy, the campaign encourages citizens to take simple yet meaningful steps:
