New Delhi : Formerly known as the India CSR Impact Awards, the Doing Good for Bharat Awards 2024 aim to recognize exceptional contributions in the areas of community development, climate action, and conservation. These awards celebrate the efforts of businesses, professionals, government bodies, and organizations that are driving social and environmental progress across Bharat (India).

The awards ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Padma Shri Savji Dholakia, Founder and Chairman of Hare Krishna Exports & Dholakia Foundation; Karnataka Health Minister Shri Dinesh Gundu Rao; and Union Minister of State for Jal Shakti Shri (Dr) Raj Bhushan Choudhary Ji.

Presented by CSRBOX, the awards highlight innovative solutions addressing key environmental and social issues, promoting replicable models that can be widely implemented for broader impact. The categories cover various sectors, including corporations, policymakers, civil servants, civil society organizations, think tanks, and academia.

Grant Thornton LLP, Sattva Consulting, Indian School of Development Management, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, and IORA Ecological Solutions served as primary screening partners, ensuring transparency and integrity in the selection process. This rigorous evaluation identified projects that embody positive change and sustainable impact.

Among the honorees, Padma Shri Savji Dholakia received the ‘Doing Good for Better Bharat Award’ for his exceptional contributions to social upliftment and environmental sustainability.
