New Delhi , April 26: INDIAdonates, the impact-led platform under DevPro Trust, successfully convened its Fourth Annual Synergy and Sustainability Symposium on April 24, 2025, in Bengaluru, uniting over 200 changemakers from across India.

This year’s theme, “Amplifying Impact: Scaling Solutions for a Sustainable Future,” set a dynamic tone, calling for bold cross-sector collaborations to address India’s pressing social challenges through scalable, inclusive, and innovative approaches.

The Symposium created a vibrant platform for dialogue among philanthropists, CSR leaders, social entrepreneurs, grassroots innovators, and public policy experts — all driven by a shared vision to deepen collective impact and advance sustainable growth through equity-focused solutions.

“Scaling in social development is not just about increasing reach—it’s about building meaningful connections, creating inclusive platforms, and empowering communities to lead change from within,”
emphasized Dr. Sanjay Patra, Founder of INDIAdonates, during his keynote address.

Highlights of the Symposium

The event featured high-energy thematic breakout sessions across four critical areas:

  • Education

  • Rural Entrepreneurship

  • Employability

  • Social Inclusion

Participants explored successful global models that have scaled effectively while maintaining a strong commitment to equity and sustainability.

At the Felicitation Ceremony, INDIAdonates honored standout initiatives that exemplified excellence in scaling social impact through innovation, policy leadership, technology, and strategic collaborations.

Among the distinguished voices, Sashi Rajamani, Chairperson of the Bengaluru Chapter of Social Venture Partners, reflected on the evolving nature of giving:

“Philanthropy, when rooted in compassion, becomes a catalyst for innovation. But to scale truly transformative ideas, philanthropists must be seen as strategic partners, not merely funders.”

Meanwhile, Dr. Amir Ullah Khan, noted development economist and academic, urged attendees to keep equity at the core of all solutions:

“In healthcare, education, or any development sector—the crucial question remains: who is being left behind?”

Beyond Dialogue: Building the Future Together

The Symposium also served as a fertile ground for networking, idea exchange, and partnership formation—laying the foundation for new collaborations between nonprofits, corporations, and government bodies.

Through its commitment to long-term CSR advisory, strategic grant management, and capacity-building for NGOs, INDIAdonates continues to bridge intent with action, shaping a dynamic and resilient social impact landscape across sectors such as healthcare, education, environment, elderly care, disability inclusion, and disaster response.

As India navigates its complex development challenges, the Synergy and Sustainability Symposium 2025 renewed collective hope — proving that scalable solutions, when rooted in equity and collaboration, have the power to build a sustainable and inclusive tomorrow.
