New Delhi, April 24: As India strides toward a more digital and inclusive future, Delhi-based non-profit Winger Global Foundation is quietly transforming lives at the grassroots level. Established in 2020 by Deepak Sharma, with Riya Pandey as Co-founder, the organization has been at the forefront of impactful, tech-driven community development across education, healthcare, clean water access, digital empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods.

Born out of a vision to tackle deep-seated societal issues through scalable, sustainable solutions, the foundation operates with a people-first philosophy. Its mission: to initiate change from the ground up—blending technology, awareness, and empathy to create lasting development.

Since its inception, Winger Global Foundation has launched several powerful initiatives across the country. Notable programs include Ujjwal Bhavishya Shiksha Abhiyan, which brings smart classrooms to under-resourced schools; Jalmitra Mission, which installs RO water systems in communities; mobile medical units providing essential healthcare services; hygiene awareness campaigns; and vocational training aimed at empowering women and youth.

Leading the charge is Founder and Director Deepak Sharma, a social entrepreneur with a strong background in CSR, infrastructure, and tech-led development. “We’re not just here to give—we’re here to transform. Transformation happens when innovation meets purpose,” he explains.

Alongside him is Co-founder and Executive Director Riya Pandey, who oversees program implementation and community outreach. With expertise in public service strategy and project execution, Riya is passionate about reaching underserved populations—especially women and young people. “Empowerment isn’t handed out—it’s built. We’re here to build it for every unheard voice,” she says.

Under their leadership, the foundation has expanded its presence to semi-urban and rural communities in multiple states, working closely with CSR partners, government agencies, and grassroots organizations. This collaborative model ensures that their initiatives are practical, scalable, and adaptable to different regions.

Current projects include distributing hygienic meals to vulnerable communities, offering free primary healthcare in remote areas, providing scholarships to underprivileged students, installing clean drinking water systems, and launching targeted digital literacy campaigns. The foundation also places a strong emphasis on women’s empowerment and elder welfare, ensuring that every effort promotes dignity, access, and equal opportunity.

Winger Global Foundation is fast emerging as a force for good in India’s social sector. Built on pillars of transparency, innovation, and community involvement, it is reshaping development—one village, one school, and one life at a time.
