New Delhi, 24 April 2025: The Nomination Committee of Truecaller AB (publ) has proposed the election of Ms. Aruna Sundararajan as a new Board member at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled for 23 May 2025. In addition, the Committee has proposed the re-election of all current Board members.

Ahead of the AGM, the Nomination Committee recommends the re-election of the existing Board members—Nami Zarringhalam, Alan Mamedi, Annika Poutiainen, Helena Svancar, and Shailesh Lakhani—and the election of Ms. Aruna Sundararajan as a new member of the Board.

Ms. Sundararajan brings extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in policy and regulatory matters in India. She has held several key leadership roles, including Secretary of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Secretary to the Department of Telecommunications, and Chairperson of the Digital Communications Commission. In these roles, she played a pivotal role in shaping India’s telecom policies.

As Kerala’s first IT Secretary, she led major digital infrastructure and e-learning initiatives. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Broadband India Forum, a telecom and digital think tank, and is on the advisory board of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). Additionally, she serves as a board director at Delhivery Limited, Info Edge (India) Limited, L&T Technology Services Limited, and India’s National Bank for Infrastructure Financing and Development (NaBFID).

Ms. Aruna Sundararajan is independent of the company and its major shareholders.
