Jaipur, Aprail 8:To strengthen healthcare services in Rajasthan, the Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation has approved ₹146.40 lakh under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund for the year 2024–25, following the directions of Medical and Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar.
The funds have been sanctioned for various health infrastructure projects, including the construction, renovation, and maintenance of sanitation facilities (toilets) at 6 Primary Health Centres and 1 Community Health Centre in Bikaner, 10 Primary Health Centres in Jaipur I, and district hospitals in Hanumangarh and Jodhpur, as well as the Urban Community Health Centre in Fidusar.
Additionally, the funds will be used to procure medical equipment for hospitals in Balotra, Dungarpur General Hospital, Ganganagar Hospital, and Pratapgarh. Repair, maintenance, and renovation work has also been approved for Jodhpur District Hospital, TB Hospital (Tuberculosis Center) in Jaipur, Satellite Hospital in Amer, the Primary Health Centre in Deepalana (Hanumangarh), PHC Sadulshahar in Sri Ganganagar, and the Community Health Centre in Padampur.
In Rajsamand district, funds have been allocated to install RO machines for providing clean drinking water at five Primary Health Centres.
