Livestock healthcare in Paonta Sahib has received a boost after Tirupati Group installed a haematoanalyser and blood biochemistry analyser at the Sub-divisional Veterinary Hospital under its CSR initiative.
The new equipment will enable faster and more accurate diagnosis of diseases in animals, helping veterinary doctors make timely treatment decisions.
The haematoanalyser can rapidly test blood parameters such as haemoglobin and other haematological indicators, while the blood biochemistry analyser can assess important functions related to the liver, kidneys and other organs.
The facilities will be made available to livestock owners through the Pashu Rog Kalyan Samiti (PRKS). Local access to diagnostic testing is expected to save farmers both time and resources, particularly in serious and complicated cases.
Tirupati Group Managing Director Arun Goyal said the organisation would continue supporting initiatives aimed at improving animal health and welfare.
Veterinary officials also highlighted that bringing modern diagnostic technology into local veterinary institutions can promote scientific, evidence-based animal healthcare, while helping doctors monitor treatment more effectively.
